Leadership Team Quarterly Planning
What is Quarterly Planning?
It’s so easy to get caught up in putting out today’s fires. But then you show up again tomorrow, and there they are – more fires that just won’t let you focus on the big picture.
In our Quarterly Planning session, I’ll walk you through a system to help you zoom out. While you're thinking your most clearly, we'll establish priorities for the team over the next 90 days, get everyone on the same page, and install a system to make sure distractions don't get in the way. You can expect to leave with the sense of calm that comes from having a path in front of you.
Do I need to prepare anything?
1) If you keep a calendar, planner, or journal, I recommend having it handy.
2) Be ready to take notes (digital or paper, whatever you like).
3) Imagine your happy place for thinking big. Are you going for a walk in the woods? Sitting in a conference room? Lying in a hammock? Be ready to go to that clear-minded place.
...Who is this guy?
My name’s Jeremy Fein, and I’m an online fitness coach based out of Philadelphia. I coach 1-on-1 clients around the world, I co-founded The Movement Guild which helped ~500 people keep moving during the pandemic, I’ve guest taught for online intensives in Canada and Europe, and I mentor other coaches in organization and communication. I never would have been able to manage all this on my own without a system like Quarterly Planning.
