What’s a training plan you could get behind for the next 10 years?

Yeah, I’m fighting back against the 21-day cleanses 🤣

So what do you think you could stick with for 10 years? 2 workouts per week, no matter what? Playing a sport once per week? Belonging to a gym? 5 minutes of movement every morning? What makes sense to you now, that you predict will still make sense when humans are no longer driving cars?
