If you were at your best every day, it wouldn’t be your best

Just a simple reminder during one of the craziest times of the year (don’t worry, I’ll expand on it in a future post!).

A simple truth can be a powerful reminder:

It’s literally impossible to be at your best all the time.

If you’re doing the same thing every day, it can’t be your best. If you are at your best, then tomorrow will be less impressive. All of this is okay.

Things change. You’re a thing :)

If you’re giving yourself a bit of grace today, I applaud you. If you’re struggling to do so, I still applaud you. And if you can use any support, feel free to shoot me an email (scroll down).
