Try this core strength couplet
If you google “core strength,” you’ll probably get so many responses that your device actually implodes. I’m usually up for endless philosophizing and debating on all things training, but today I’m gonna skip all that.
Why you should try it
When paired with the breathing (see video), the side bends are gonna both stretch and strengthen those lovely muscles on your sides.
Then holding that core position while marching is gonna teach your hips to move on their own.
So at the end of the set? You’ll feel like you just did an intense core circuit, but instead of passed out in your sweat, you’ll be walking tall and feeling great!
